Delivery times

Orders are typically delivered within 7-14 days of your order being confirmed. This varies according to a range of factors including order quantity and product availability. We use either Australia Post or couriers for our deliveries. Delays within the delivery network may also influence delivery timeframes.

In some circumstances faster turnaround times or express postage is available. Please contact us to find out whether this option is available for your order.


Free local pickup

Orders may be collected in person from our showroom at 172 Railway Terrace, Merrylands NSW 2160 during regular business hours. Please check our hours here.



If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or if it was sent incorrectly, you may choose to have the items replaced or refunded. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

You are not entitled to a refund if:

  • you change your mind or no longer want the goods;
  • you are unable to afford the goods;
  • you found the same item at a lower price elsewhere;
  • you specified the wrong size, colour or style;
  • you knew about the particular fault prior to purchase;
  • you were responsible for causing the damage or fault (e.g. through mishandling); and/or
  • you provided misspelled or incorrect wording or incorrect logo
